UN CHIEF GUTERRES HIGHLIGHTS NEED FOR 'A SURGE IN DIPLOMACY FOR PEACE'

Among other dignitaries that paid the Ambassador a courtesy call on the same day , is Ms. Ritta Resch, the director for Global Immigration affairs , Ministry of foreign affairs for Finland.
